Only in mindanao there's bombings in the pier, airport, shopping areas, & markets. It's in cagayan de Oro, Zamboanga, & Davao etc. It's not safe if you get unlucky. Cebu is alot safer definitely & no terroristic bombing history unlike in mindanao. Not all part of mindanao is in war but we can't deny war has always been in mindanao upto the present. Muslims v.s. Christians. Marawi is a good example as well as Zamboanga Siege.

omg this is the first time ever that I actually thought carabaos are cute! Oh that little carabao was soooo cute!! He was curious about the drone !! (I'm seriously super excited I can't stop the '!!') I know as a Filipino, I shouldn't be surprised by how friendly Filipinos can be, but WOW. That family you talked to were really nice! And the guy who brought you to the beach. And the guy who waved at you while you were both on your way to the beach. Like, amazing!! I feel so happy and lighthearted just from seeing that! And the sunset was beautiful! The sunset, the calm waters, the vast, _vast_, expand of the sky, and the faraway mountain ranges leave feeling so blessed. It makes me miss home so much. It's so nice of you taking risk going to Mindanao despite of the tensions and Martial Law going on right now, such a brave one!!! By the way it's a good decision of you also to discover different places especially Mindanao and not to follow where Christian Leblanc been before. At least on your channel you can showcase not only the northern part of the Philippines but also the south because there is so much Mindanao can offer when it comes to lovely and beautiful destinations to extreme adventure that is something new to the viewers. Did a marathon on all your videos today and wow! just wow! The camotes - rainbow clouds video and this video are by far my faves -- made me miss camotes.. and its my first time seeing Limasawa Island (totally off the beaten path)-- its in our history and part of what we have studied in school yearly but to see history and its beauty at this time was just wow! Thank you! Welcome to Mindanao Finn! I am from Cagayan de Oro and grew up in Surigao del Sur (Southern part of Surigao) but I have never been to Surigao del Norte (Northern part).. Seen photos of pebble beach but your drone shots made it look so impressive... Can't wait for the rest of the videos. And as always, sunsets/sunrise are a delight each one never the same....

Enjoy your stay in Surigao Finn, It's my Hometown, if you are into seafood, your in the right place. Don't worry about the Martial law, life is normal in most part of Mindanao as you travel.. Highly recommended place to visit in Mindanao are, Enchanted River in Hinatuan, Britannia Group of islands, Tinuy an Falls in Bislig, Siargao Island, Camiguin Island, Bukidon, High ridge mountain. And many more.. Godbless brother..

Much beauty to be found in Mindanao. I recommend it be done with a knowlegable guide and incognito in some areas. Crossing the mountains into Davao is especially beautiful. When I toured Mindanao I was in an Nissan pickup and had a straw hat to cover my face. I have a friend whose hometown is just outside of Iliigan. When she returns home ,from the USA, she stops speaking English entirely so as not to illustrate that she has money and is from the USA. In some areas if you flash wealth...you will become a target. I wont advise you of the areas. I am confidant that within a year,the issue will be rectified.
