This series is on another level of documenting a real hunt. I too think the “did you know” boxes are great. Not your average bear hunt at all. Those are some insane climbs. So glad I found this channel.

Brian "this sucks" Lampers "ok let's get moving" It's always a little bit of a competition, at least in my mind. I don't think the majority of folks realize just how impossible the terrain in the video is. Nice work guys.

Brian, don't beat yourself up with the videos that you produce saying that you're just swimming with your head above the water!! Dude, you EASILY have the best put together hunting shows. It has been an adventure in and of itself watching Gritty grow over the past 5?6? Years now. From the simple podcast productions to where Gritty is today. The cinematography and the wizards behind the editing brings an awesome film. Glad you do what you do for an individual like myself. Stay Gritty.

Thank you Trent! It's been a long road full of mistakes and failures and the occasional successes. I finally feel like I've found my groove and all the failures and hard work are paying off. This was never about making money--it's always been a labor of love. It's not easy to put yourself out there and to fail in front of the world. But each time I failed and got back up again I got better. And fast-forward to now and I'm experiencing what happens on the other side of all those hard days. Thanks for recognizing the growth. Much appreciated.

Only thing I noticed that made it hard for me was when I was trying to find the next episode. I was a little confused seeing an event that happened in the episode first then the series (example: Event | Series | Location). I'm sure that people are used to it but I'm more used to (example: Series | Event | Location). Not too big of a deal really it is just tittle formatting and I am more used to it now, but at first I was a little confused. Love the videos!

Necessity is the mother of invention! I love the engineering of a flat sleeping area. I would agree, if not flat it makes for a long night. The side note is, you have a nice seat to sit on! Just so you know, I watch your videos because of the difficulty and commitment you show! There are not many that will walk up and down very steep mountains. Most are just ridge walkers. Great example and something for me to work towards. Thanks for sharing!

“...Is the chase!...” Full quote at the end . This episode just reiterates what I have come to truly enjoy about like minded people. I commented on the 1st video about the ethics of fair chase and this is the quote I jotted down 4 years ago in one of my sons Hunter Safty class put on by an 80 year old bad to the bone Veteran!!! From our local VFW (thanks Chuck). It was from at least the 70s. I wish I new exactly the name of the movie it came from , it was a homemade video of a lot of old clips from many old classss!! “What separates hunting from killing is the chase! Hunting is not mere shooting, and animals are not mere targets.”

I do like how all of you are opportunistic, cause hunting doesn't always break your way. You take the good with the bad and do what you need to do. Now you still have a chance at the big boy and now also have a bear under your belt. Great work in doing it, and if you get the one who went over the ridge its basically a 2 for 1.

I’m sure It’s hard to see through all the work y’all do every day and see what we see from the outside looking in, but let me tell you, Bryan and Brent y’all are absolutely CRUSHING this online hunting broadcast. Love the “jee whiz” information y’all provide during the videos and the edits are spectacular. Well done again fellas.
