I’m generally a fan of these “clean” brands and their aesthetics but I’m so over certain products going off in 3-6 months. That being said, I’m about to buy some osea on sale bc they are a loooove.

My skin is more sensitized by “clean” beauty brands than non “clean” beauty brands but I still shop at Credo because I think a lot of these brands pay attention to the overall experience and I definitely enjoy that. They also make exceptional gifts!

Tried thé westman atelier mascara… seriously EPIC!!! Actes like a tubing mascara without it Being one!!! No clumps, no flaking, no transfer and gives those fluttery lashes!!! You would loveeeeeee it!!!

The Kinship sunscreen is bomb! It's moisturizing, glowy, and great under makeup. Highly recommend for dry skin. It's been my go to for years!

Ya know, for a “house” brand, Exa is pretty is awesome. I don’t use foundation- I am a color corrector / spot concealer person, and I’ve been using the Exa pink and green correctors, as well as the concealer. Not only does the combo work amazingly, but it’s skin care. Skin care as makeup- what a concept. Genius 💛

WA Mascara is exactly what I’ve been looking for 😅🙈 the brown is like a red clay and doesn’t smudge on my super oily lids/under eyes but comes off clean. I’m sure there’s cheaper but I feel like I’ve tried and tossed so many that I just committed to it.

I am desperate for you to try mob beauty. I just got their cream bronzer (the beautiful rosy shade), powder blush, hylauronic highlight, foundation $1 samples, powder and cream eyeshadows. I was SO EXCITED but am actually pretty disappointed in most of the formulas. Different issues with performance and application. So I will be very interested in seeing you play with them and maybe I will learn something about how to apply them better. Except the foundation is actually AMAZING like ohhh my god so so good. I even swatched my arm and went to sleep, in the morning it hadn’t budged or faded in the slightest. Beautiful on the face too. ❤

Girl same! I'll so excited as I tried Tower 28 concealer in store last weekend...I went in with no makeup and tried all the products I wanted to get on the Sephora sale. I tried Haus vs Tower 28 and I got more compliments from Sephora workers on the Tower 28 side. I'm 45 and have dry under eyes but super oily everywhere else.

I don’t like shopping at Credo because it’s not easy to return products that don’t work for me. That said, I just tried Gen See and I have to say that their First Light and Linen “mixing mediums” are two of the prettiest one (or two) and done eye shadows I’ve ever tried. Don’t try to use them for anything else though as even with a brush it’s impossible to be precise. And the browns both look purple! The eyeliners dragged and matte lips aren’t my thing, but those first two eye products will always have a place in my stash.

The Kosas concealer lasts a good amount of time for me. It is definitely yellow, though. The RMS blush hard panned on me very quickly.

I have OPINIONS on Mob Beauty. I ordered their powder blush. It's fine. I'm grumpy though because for being a sustainable brand, their pans only fit in their palettes. They're a plastic snap in situation, not a magnetic pan. They also only sell their stuff in a compact. Not a pan only. That stuff bugs me when they preach so much about sustainable makeup. The blush itself is fine though. Nice, I guess. The Axiology multi-sticks work better that the crayon style lip to lid balmies. I really love the multisticks. So good for a multipurpose product and travels nicely.

An Instagram cosmetic chemist (forgive me, I cannot remember their name) did some testing and their assessment of the Kosas concealer was that one of the oils starts to smell weird, but the product is still fine. Did anyone else see this? Like they tested it for bacteria and were able to confirm the preservatives were still working

Hey @@Alicia.Marie.13 I guess that if you are looking for help with texture the "Bakuchiol Retinol Alternative" (I use adapalene 0.1!) That improved my texture like crazy. Also my skin seems to responde very well to azelaic acid, so I use the one from The Face Theory. Sorry if that is only adding to your list, but I find that the more simple the routine, the better. So those are my 2 main actives, really! The tower 28 concealer is my next buy probably, because my realiable kosas is expired so I want to try something new, but the kosas is great for the texture under eyes, I super approve! 🥰
