My wife and I have lived fifteen minutes by car from old town Gandia for almost seven years now. Some of your commentaries are somewhat inaccurate (Gandians love the Borjas and named the new hospital after them) but I like how how you showed old town off and posted a link on FB.

Good morning Robert ! Thanks for watching and commenting, really appreciated ❤️ when we were looking for motorhomes we didn’t exclude and left hand ones , we just looked for the right one, it’s definitely beneficial in Europe to have left hand, I’m often asking Corrin at junctions are we clear ( being right hand drive ) I guess it would be the same back in the uk , the prices of left hand can be a little lower due to demand , but it wouldn’t put me off , we have some lovely friends who have a channel , field view adventures , Steve has a left hand drive and perhaps he could give a better experience than myself, but I certainly wouldn’t exclude any left handed ones, just get the right layout for you 🙂🙂👌

Hello What a lovely time you two had in Gandia. Pierre and I were there on Monday and practically did the same route you did. P,ease watch the Borgias as it was a fantastic series. They were a very interesting family with perhaps a different approach to life at those times. Pierre and I loved the series so we were super fascinated to visit where they originate from. Well we are now in El Palmer on our way up the coast. What direction are you going to drive to get back to Calais? How is Dolly’s leg, is she completely healed now? Question How long have you been travelling in your present motorhome? I love your blogs and look forward to each and every one of them. Safe travels guys. Where to next? Safe travels and fun on your journey to come. love Kate Pierre and Tasha 😘😘

I was thinking of taking a trip to Gandia, but I am concerned that it is not a dog friendly place, our trip would be out of the peak season in April/May, did you find any beach that allowed your dogs to play and what was your best coastal town that you felt was suited to dog owners.
@redsgotravels10 ай бұрын
A lot of the beaches are beautiful but do not allow dogs , which is a shame , but the dog muck on the pavements in Spain is quite a problem, we found Dénia was very dog friendly, we walked the beach there, Gandia had a little doggy beach too , the dogs don’t get much attention from the locals compared to say France or Italy , but there are plenty of beautiful walks inland too 🙂🙂❤️ hope that helps xx

So guys it was great to see you walking around GANDIA,stroppy waiter Nooooo, so bit of info for you, can I ask you how many people did you come across speaking any language other than Spanish, not many if any is my bet. So this region is very protective and defensive.If you do not attempt to speak Spanish they will be stroppy 😆or just plain rude.you are in their town and you should be trying to blend.so as I have said before GANDIA,and the next three resorts up towards Valencia are all the same . The reason we chose Xeraco is for this reason.they are the nicest people you will want to meet if you just try. The walk you took is not busy on a Sunday as it is the banking and legal part of the town, not City !! Can’t wait to hear of what you made of the beach front walk, enjoy cheers bill
