Sal, what would it take to get you to react to a TV episode? Also, Stevie Nicks rocks and "Nightbird" was a great song. "Has Anyone Ever Written Anything For You?" is an amazing Stevie song that is rarely remembered these days.

I feel you, Bro. There are some artists that one can feel where they are at emotionally and mentally by the presentation of the song and how they delivered it. You know. Stevie Nicks is one of those artists. You need not try to explain it. She's got you under her enchantment....lol hahaha .... Great Reaction....tears will fall 😢 from the beauty of her voice and song.

Iove your emotional reaction to the way her songs feel. You seem to understand that "thing" that she has that is not explainable yet is a direct hit in my heart when i hear it as well. Its like a deep emotion that no other can hit in music. Its not the words or the music ,its the feeing behind it. The way its presented, makes an instant connection somewhere in my consciousness. Undeniable!! You said yourself its unexplainable,it just happens. You need to listen to more of her works, especially solo. It will make you a more complete person as a hole. That goes to all people, but you fellows, the way to a girls heart is to know stevie!❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

@@aprildoughty6119 Stevie sings about the White Wing Dove in her song The Edge of Seventeen. She wrote that song a few years before Prince wrote When Doves cry. But now since Prince passed away…..when she performs Edge Of Seventeen sometimes at the end of the song she references When Doves Cry just as homage to the late Prince.

I, too, love Stevie, but seeing this is your fourth reaction to her (not counting the ones with FM), reminds me that you’re way overdue to revisit another woman who was also a superstar in the late 70s and early 80s: Pat Benatar. May I suggest "Heartbreaker"? A later, less famous woman whose work I think you'd like is Maria McKee - either solo(1989 onwards) or with her mid-80s band, Lone Justice. Her best-known track (and biggest hit overall) is probably "Show Me Heaven'" from the "Days of Thunder" soundtrack, while "Shelter" (with Lone Justice) had the highest peak in the USA.

I was fortunate enough to see Fleetwood Mac in concert in Duluth, Minnesota on May, 8th 1973 however Stevie Nicks didn't become a member of the band until 1975 if my memory serves me right. The opening act was the late great Rory Gallagher with Fleetwood Mac second and Deep Purple as the headliner. I thought Mr. Gallagher stole the show with his great guitar work and stage presence and when Fleetwood Mac came on stage I remember thinking that the members of the band seemed so young and were small in stature. Many in the crowd became quite rude because all they wanted was for Deep Purple to play instead of them. I was ashamed of that behavior because throwing things and booing was so inappropriate. I tried to enjoy the band but it became intolerable so I moved to the back of the venue until they finally got fed up and left the stage. I like Deep Purple but to me the crowds behavior kinda took away from them as well. Anyway memories of that wonderful era are precious to me.
