Well I watch you and the Fisher magnet hunt. I bought two magnets for my husband and I to go try it. We are going to do this on our 37th anniversary for the day. We may not know what we are doing but we just may find a jackpot here in the USA. I want to thank you for getting me wanting to do this at my old age. If you want to open & read wet paper, you must dry it out slowly on a towel rail heater or in an airing cupboard or on a hot water boiler etc. Then use two pairs or wide round nosed tweezers to open it. If the folds are stuck, you can gently steam it, but don't fully re-wet it. Trying to undo soaked paper is futile otherwise. Cheers

Here's a tip for you all, don't use rice when you need to reduce moisture. Save those little dry packs that come in everything you buy, shoes, purses, some small appliances. I keep them all in a small jar with a lid, always ready for anything...that's wet, the sun helps dry things too. Just ask Mom.
