Hey Steve my husband served 20 years in the Navy. All of it was on sea duty but 54 months. He retired in 1998. We've been married 34 years now.

Beautiful to see that. I know his mom was too happy and he's the oldest too. I tell you, when my oldest decided to leave the nest 3 days after graduation to see another state. It broke my heart in a million pieces. My first has always been with me. Not seeing him everyday was a process. My mom helped ease the pain. She missed her first grandchild alot too. He's good though. A grown good man. Doing his little barber business, raising and doing the best he can for his family. I am very proud of him and the man he has grown to be

Because I love seeing vetrans and man in unifroms are nice looking too I belong to the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 80 in Downers Grove ,Illinois ..and we help the veterans cause we give to charties also when I m playing bingo at our Legion also when I. win then I give donation to the charties.

I'm glad you get to see your parents now and nice see you were able to see your parents and now enjoy your parents awhile your here..Also be safe going back so you could come back see them again. You look so good in your uniform and always like man in their uniforms . I know your parents must be proud of you. But I don't know you also you don't know me than I can say I'm proud of you for your service too..Now enjoy your visit with your parents ..I belong to American Legion Unit 80 in Downers Grove ,Illinois ..and we help veterans that with the Auxiliary Unit .
