I'm not sure how fast these pumps will be running but I noticed areas that were and weren't machined on the impeller. That's going to make it unbalanced and will wear on the bearings and efficiency.

@@btrswt35 yes, as you can see the cast iron pulleys are connected to an oil engine with a long flat belt. Mostly the engined run at 1500 rpm, and the water is mostly drawn from irrigation canals. Although I am from India, from the dress of the workers it seems they are from Pakistan. However we share similar technology. ; - )....

Simple end suction centri agri belt drive pump. No need knowing pump curve or noise criteria or will it last a month or a day. If it doesnt turn with a bajaj motor engine, maybe a isuzu v10 will do the trick... no doubt.. it will pump water.. like it or not.. 🤭🤭🤭

bearings installation is not right - this way you probably lost 70% of their life Mold cleaning is very bad, balancing propeller not right. As a cheap product for farmers ok, but for some serious work - not ok.

They should be given good working conditions. But these workshops which are many should be provided electricity free, like China. I need such pump which can work with three phase 10 hp motor. The canal where it would be installed has a head of only 6 fts.The three phase connection is available.

Посадка произвелась молотком +/- две десятки роли не сыграли. Молотком по подшипнику, без использования оправок. После трёх ударов подшипник стал на "20лет старше".

I think this pump will last for many years. At the drive pulley end it has a ball bearing that can be kept properly lubricated and can if necessary be replaced at very low cost. At the pump rotor end it has a sleeve bearing that is lubricated by the water being pumped, and there is a stuffing box that can be adjusted to prevent leakage along the shaft without causing much friction. What is there to go wrong?

Those bearings are not lubricated one wonders how durable they are, maybe the come already oiled from manufacture but they don't appear to be but either way before installing them they might do with a some lubricant to ensure smooth running. Maybe the pumps come with a warranty of 6 months who knows 😬

Mashallah, well done, Alhamdulillah. Seriously? Are you kidding? The owner of this factory is a disgusting person who has no investment in this place. Number of shortcuts (jugars) used in making this pump is absolutely disgusting. Used non lubricated bearings with dust, used bolts, gaskets from recycled paper, all the machinery is picked up from scrap and the list goes on. Until the mindset of customers, factory owners and policy makers change, this will carry on.
