Does blender have any kind of "inbetween onion skin" feature for animation/?

For its 2D tools it has one built in, but for 3D sadly there is nothing by default. However there are addons that can do this.

To an extent yes! You can use the pose breakdowner to to create keyframes that are closer, or futher apart from each other
