It took me 4 months to watch all videos of John but the result was that I am sorted and cured and I have no more questions or problems. Now, I just watch new videos when they are released on KZbin. Many thanks John. I continue recommending you to others.

Nothing puts me to sleep faster than this guy, in a good way.... but sometimes when he pauses for 15 seconds then starts talking again I get abruptly woken up 😆

When he laughs, it always wakes me up. Shame, otherwise he is very soothing.

Been listening to John since his other channel released "Heaven" almost 7 years ago. So many of his discussions have worked their way into my daily life. Feet on the ground and coming to silence whenever I can ❤

I have spent my life studying various so-called "religions" and see how indeed all is ONE. It is good to hear this from a Christian standpoint as this is perhaps the most divided group within itself...I grew up in a strong Catholic family and the church told me no meditation...and much more, what? Yet the mystics were avid meditators. Then the Eastern influence hit the states...Ram Das with Neem Karoli's words, among others...and the light began to shine. All One...All One...All One...John your words are Universal...and well, All ONE. Much love and peace to a fellow friend on this marvelous journey...keep on keeping on dear one for you are indeed a Light in this present darkness. All Love

Cursed is the ground means this: before plants and animals were available without work. Since the fall, we must sweat, cultivate, and hunt. Predation went on before the fall, though inside the garden of eden there was no human hunting or farming. Outside the garden there was predation certainly as we see carnivore fossils from before man was created.

Maybe the Devil's name is Dennis-not after Dennis the Menace, but because Dennis is Sinned backwards! But there's hope-shuffle the letters around a bit more and we have "Sin End"!

You're not a "sinner", John. There's no "you" as a subject. There's no possibility to "become anything". The one and only Subject is endless eternity

Can a teacher come from a KZbin?
@yangjunhua94694 ай бұрын
When a student is ready, the teacher comes to knock his /her door . Teachers come from all corners and are in all forms 👍❤

I should have said thecsame. A teacher can be an in housed man waiting for a trainC, from a child aged 5, from a former business man and shaman, from a priest, a rabbi, a cat a dog, stars, people we meet, people we do not know, and the people we love as well( and especially those we do not find ourselves in sympathy towards ( this is often our own stressors, brain and “ did- ease” that accompanies reactionary feelings and actions

If everything is a God’s creation why not ego?
@Falcrist4 ай бұрын
*_"99% of talk is just ego"_* For most of us this is a bit of an exaggeration (though a good point). There is one politician I can think of for whom talk may actually be 99% ego.

Ah, yes - if you're sick or in pain or abused, it's not really a problem. The problem is you, because you insist on perceiving it as a problem. That was silly of you! And if the world seems unjust or dangerous or ridden with disasters and atrocities - wrong again! It's actually a perfect world. It's you, you're seeing it all wrong, my dear! Good grief. This lovely man makes some good points about spiritual practice and the importance of quiet, but he doesn't half mix some nonsense in with it.

That’s one difference between Christianity and new age (which is mostly just repackaged Buddhism and Hinduism). With new age, suffering isn’t real. It’s our weakness and failure to understand whatever cosmic or eternal truth frees us of the delusion of suffering. With Christianity, suffering is real and it’s universal. Everyone suffers at times. Sometimes it’s our own fault. Sometimes it’s not. The reason for suffering is we separated ourselves from God… his plan, his goodness, his presence. Fortunately for us the universe is made by a God that that wants to reconcile with us. So he came down in human form to make a way. However he doesn’t force us to reconcile. All we need to do is trust I Jesus Christ. We’re all more guilty than we admit, and ALSO more loved than we can imagine. Thank you God!

I like it. It reminds me of talking to my grandfather who was a preacher. As long as we take it for what it is… an informal sharing of thoughts about spiritual things, with some practical stuff as well… then it’s great!
