Lucky Duck, this is where I grew up, our house was a large detached Georgian property within 6 acres of woodland, backing onto the Ogwen river, love this place, haven't been back for too long, thanks for the great footage, bringing back good memories. xxx As for Tryfan in Wales, the paths and routes up this iconic mountain were not built by a single individual. The mountain has been a popular climbing and hiking destination for many years, and various routes have been established over time by climbers and walkers. The first recorded climb of Tryfan was by G. Barlow and H. Priestly-Smith in 1910

Your videos are epic. Did Tryfan end of February this year, some snow on top. Got treated to two incredible flypasts by two F32 jets at same level as me making an unearthly spine tingling noise. Later on a Merin helicopter on a training run, hovering and touching the peaks with one wheel. Took my mind of my bursting lungs for a bit.

Well done Liam, real belter and you didn't get wet for a change! Done Tryfan about 5 times in all weather's, winter included. Great mountain. Cadar Idris is a brilliant mountain. There's a refuge hut near the summit if the weather turns. Another good one in Snowdonia is Cnich. Looks like a mini Matterhorn from a distance. No crowds either. If yer in the Brecons, go from Upper Neaud reservoir, you ascend the ridge there, then you have the whole horse shoe in front of you. Cheers, Ozzy.

I was just typing that you should get up Cadair Idris when you said it yourself. It’s a big old beefy mountain. Stunning and Llyn Cau is a good spot for a camp. Lots of options in the Carneddau, starting from the other side of the Ogwen Valley - Pen Yr Ole Wen, Carnedd Dafydd and Carnedd Llewellyn. You’ll need to ask your Corris bredren for help with pronunciation tho!

Good video as usual man, added to the list! Cadair Idris is a good shout for a future location, I did that last year - I didn't do the regular route, I found one on All Trails that takes you from Llanfihangel-y-pennant up to the peak and it was a great walk, it's a very isolated location vs whatever the normal route would be so I'd recommend it tbh
