I like to trade, to give back. for instance, kyle's absolute pass is not free. why should things be free? free for whom? just me? am I only taking or am I also giving back. I like to play ping pong, so the best is when each play their part. I absolutely loved yer narrative around becoming mindful (more) of when we are expending energy projecting, educating and evangelizing our truth/beliefs on to other people, and the potential (benefit) for what becomes possible if/when we channel that energy into ourselves. I know also about the two cats experiment. A long time ago a friend of an ex-girlfriend had to get out of town so she brought us her tiny kitten. It was the size of a tennis ball at the most. Within a day or two we noticed a tiny bump under our bed comforter. The kitten knew how to climb under the comforter in order to nap in the middle of the bed under the heavy comforter. Our male cat was trying to whack him every time the bump moved. Fortunately, the comforter was so tick that the kitten did not feel anything. Two days later there were 2 bumps. A tiny one for the kitten and a huge one for our 15 pounds male cat about one foot away. He learned that trick from the small cat and he kept doing it long after the friend came back to get her kitten.
