Survival Craft was the only Minecraft clone that wasnt a clone to me. It had alot of depth, especially for a clone AND mobile game. It also dives into alot of mechanics minecraft doesnt and not going to lie, the eletrical/wiring system in that game can do some crazy stuff. Tons of animals, behaviors, craftable weapons and armor, all slapped together with a somewhat challenging and slightly realistic health system. (I.E. You get hypothermia, or thirsty etc) Its worth the 3 bucks, not to mention the game has a built in map sharing page where you can try other peoples maps for free.

I first started playing Survivalcraft on mobile when it first came out but only recently got it for Windows. I hadn't played it for a long time but this game is still just as awesome as I remember, personally I think some aspects of it are better than Minecraft like the fact that you can get sick if you get too cold. What makes it better is that it's part of the vanilla game without the need for mods. I subscribed because it's nice to see someone doing a series on this amazing game!

Oh my god this game made my childhood. I was never able to get a phone or an ipad of my own till i was 15, so my childhood days were filled with lego, the TV, and survival craft on my dad’s phone. I wouldn’t get to play it often, as my dad was a busy man with lots of important stuff on his phone, so he often needed it, but when i could play on it, it made my week. At that time, for me, the graphics where top-notch, highest quality that you could get on the AppStore. Looking back, i kinda just acted like any other 6 year old playing games; i went into creative mode and spawned enough stuff to reduce the frames to Microsoft powerpoint and run my dad’s phone battery down in about an hour. God i wish i could be six years old again, not have a care in the world, the only worries were “when am i going to get my next lego set?” and “when will i be old enough to get a dog?”. 2014 was something else for me.

I used to play the original survivalcraft on my Ipad and thought it would be just a minecraft rip off but I was suprised to learn just how much more indept its mechanics were to MC at least back then. It also had an ingame library where you can share and download user created maps at teh touch of a button. It made making adventure a maps super easy thing to do.

Downloading Survival Craft in 2014 to 2016 actually used to be a free gateway into MC Pocket edition, Survival Craft didn't exist back then, but instead it was just a gateway to a Minecraft Pocket Edition APK, atleast on Android, it was MCPE disguised as a free game, exactly MCPE, not a rip off, but the actual game hidden inside another title, it gave you skins and everything, you could choose just like on MCPE, me and my cousins used to play minecraft like this because we didn't have money to buy it. This game is supposed to be named "demo craft" And only 10 minute gameplay i think. I play this game alot before i discovered to install minecraft but pirated version. In this game theres alot of things to do so its pretty fun, the only enemys in the game is the animals or your self, theres alot of mechanics, electonics and etc stuff you wouldn't expect from a bootleg minecraft.
