Thanks for all of your comments on various subjects (guns in Russia, unique types of trees, wolves, why you build different types of fires, etc. etc.) Great job. And thanks for politely disagreeing with all of the internet experts who tell you to do things differently. It is the joy that you express when out in the forest that makes your videos so compelling.

Freedom tree is a wonderful tree, ensures nothing that wants to make you their dinner succeeds in their agenda. The 7.62 mm fruits either in 54R or the 51 NATO works very well, as does the 223 (5.45 ) x 45 works very efficiently for just in case. Great video mate, bloody cold you have over there, here it's been 37-39 C last couple days at start of autumn here central western Australia,. Looking forward to part 2. Best regards from WA in Australia.

Hey Lars, 2 years ago a medium sized dog was 'snatched' by a Grey Wolf...in daytime in full view of it's owners. This was 20 miles outside of the small city in which I reside. Last year a man saved his dog during a fight between his dog and a Grey Wolf...tracks confirmed by MN DNR (Dept. of Natural Resources). This happened in a Park on the edge of town, in daytime, early morning. Respect.

I know I've already said it but that combination of old and new with the camera headband always gets me. Truly appreciate all the effort you put into producing so much great content! I wish we had the AK spruce here as well. *sigh* A man can dream. Haha, did you say "Fotosynteesi" in Finnish? It sounded like it.

I think this is what Americans call "quality time". Well, so often we see Mother Russia is depicted as a bully or actually a threat or bad boy in the World theatre but having spent most of my working career in Military Intelligence and being of Finnish blood i know this is actually bullshit. lol. It's just a part of the great Game we play. Don't pay mind to the propaganda, it is created in work shops all over the World, ours and theirs. Russians are good people and their leaders are ever so strong. I wish some times we had the same resource but with leadership that did not have to answer to Europe. Great vid brother. Cheers Moose.

when I take spruce bows, I will take and use the whole tree. however I take the ones that have the least chance of survival. those growing in bunches, I'll take the smaller ones or those that are being choked out by a larger one. those that are bent by snow, or damaged/ diseased etc... anytime I cut wood in the forest dry or green, I make sure that what I am doing will help the forest.

Congratulations to everyone in Russia for keeping such a great man in charge there. If the opposition had won, it would have meant the return of the Soviet Union. I hope V.P. keeps Mr Lavrov in his current position - I can't help but love him for being so straight-forward and unabashed when dealing with the limp-wristed politicians from other countries. This also means you won't lose your printing tools to the government, like some want here in the USA.

14:00 what relfects the heat is the aluminium the heat is just light in the under part of the visible spectrum but gold silver and many metals reflect that light anyways, when you cover yourself with one space blanket it becomes really obvios that is doing something, im thinking of making sleeping bags with a thick outsidelayer an insolant and a metaly inner just to see cuz im very crusious haha. by the way the gold side reflects more heat, not by much, but something is something.

Looking forward to part 2. I have fired the 7.62 x 54R many times out of Moisens, a couple of times out of Dragonovs, and a "One-off" based on an RPD Receiver (HIGHLY MODIFIED BY A LICENSED MANUFACTURER!), and it's a very good round, but LOUD! I also fired a Friend's VEPR in 7.62 NATO. Very Nice! About the same recoil as a M-14. But since my Shoulders and Eyes are getting Old and Frail, I'm reduced to getting my Printers from the AR, SKS and M1 Carbine Trees. But they'll do the Job if necessary, that's for Dang Sure!

Nationalism is senseless ignorance. Without Red Army, WW2 would have ended quite differently. A Russian man saved humanity by pausing his orders and investigating a false nuclear strike instead of launching retaliatory nukes. A Russian here giving free survival lessons and truthful insights to a world he knows is biased. I drink to Lars, and to a future where cultural discrimination is a past mistake we no longer make.

It's a pity there are no AK trees in my area, my wife went for a trip up in the mountains today and found only a hermit in a cave, no AK trees. Still, when I move to my new house it has a large garden and other land, perhaps I can plant a couple of trees. I hope the wind stays friendly and the wolves stay away.

Great video as always Lars! I hope the wolves don't become too much of an issue. Be careful out there. I had been looking at those 7.62x54r Veprs for a while. But then Molot got acquired by Kalashnikov, so now we can't get any more in the US. We have some strange import restrictions. I'd love to get one someday. I'll look forward to when Sergey gets his! @SurvivalRussia6 жыл бұрын
Even with little snow a sled is great. Tips: Distribute weight evenly, heavy stuff at the bottom, It's better the sled is a little heavy at the rear than front and if you are packing a firearm, then remember to pack it so the muzzle points rearwards :)
