'forces at work that defy logical explanation'..you got that right, John-Boy. Just kidding (of course I meant the guy in the WH)..but truly, as life gets tougher, we may all be tempted to become cynical and resigned; these wonderful stories of what can only be called miracles lift the heart. They also serve to remind us: there is hope. There is help. We will get through the tough days. And we are stronger and more blest than we ever thought it possible, to be.

I think it's insane & extremely irresponsible that a ski lift would allow kids under AT LEAST 13 to ride without a parent. I wouldn't let mine go on it alone. They just aren't strong enough to pull themselves or others back up. Their strength level should be evaluated. The reality is: Any bump to the head does result in some amount of brain bruise/injury. Just how much leaves permanent damage? A fall down a flight of stairs & cracking my head on the basement cement floor did that for me. Thankfully, the snow must not have been totally packed where Adrian fell. I Thank God!

Adrian is giving the miraculous power of a Super Girl, 40+' foot drop with no injuries, In never broke a bone and dropped 10-15' landing on my head (ouch) as a 5 year old and 30'+ in basic training purposefully from a rope (went from legs straight to my but), but this one has me beat!

My thoughts exactly!! This is how many accidents on ski lifts involving children happen. Why there's not enough training to ensure a child's safety on the ski lift is beyond me.

Jews, Gentiles, and Samaritan. Our salvation has to match-up with the scriptures and no scriptures on the subject can be taken away. The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church. It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, They continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. Don't get Titus 3:5 mixed up with James 2:14-26, about WORKS. One is a WORK of your OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS OR GOOD DEEDS and the other is a WORK OF FAITH, Obedience to God's command. God told Noah to build an ark to be saved. Noah believed and responded by building the ark. Mark 16:16. 2 Corinthians 5:11, Knowing, therefore, the terror of the Lord, we persuade men. I love these episodes, but the avoidance of using God or Jesus as the reason just bothers me. The little girl said that "God"" laid me down softly, then John Boy comes in later saying that it was "something" that saved her. These producers like to compromise.
