Love you for this video .. 😢😢 . I am an expert but as regards handling myself . There were times I was a victim truely but after watching a lot of material on you tube I have freed myself .. but only partially been able to protect my kids . I did exactly this .. spoke to my daughter against her father .. so that she knows what has been going on .. but since my spouse is doing everything out of insecurity , he is love bombing my Kids and at the same time controlling them which is destroying them and he is not letting them grow as independent individuals … like he is controlling their growth and their emotions which is not developing in them sense of self , activities all has to be according what they want . In the name of discipline controlling them . Not letting them deviate from a norm . Keeping with them physically all 24 hours . Not letting them have their space . I still am not emotionally strong to see them being separated from their father . But I be around and protect them sometimes behind him and sometimes point at him openly .,this leads to fights

Love all your videos,I was wondering if you can make a video on how to let go of anger and resentment?..I've dealt with a lot of Betrayal in my life and don't want to carry the burden of that in my heart, I don't have children but I'm starting professional therapy very soon after I receive proper diagnosis, I grew up with a narcissistic/borderline mother and emotionally unavailable dad it's been rough anyways, thanks for all that you do and sharing so much of your own experiences with us..

It should be mandatory that both parents should go to parenting classes

But even if they go to parenting classes, in my experience, it made no difference because their is NO self reflection, only arming them for blaming you for not being a good parent. In my experience.
