I had a nightmare experience with the “SS” (appropriate name) many years ago that I eventually won after a battle of mammoth proportions and only after my case was taken to the High Court - once there the lies and deceit from the authorities was revealed and I got my children back into my custody - the public just do NOT KNOW what takes place and now for anyone going through what I went through they have hardly any chance as “legal aid” is now so restricted…I was very lucky to experience real honest legal people and judges who did not fall for the lies and agenda a of the SS….may the Good Lord be with you and good luck to you.

Hello there, I lost my children for 16 years many years ago via the " ss" we all had such an awful unfair time back then, I have my grown children back now of course and I now have grandchildren too! The ss and family courts should be ashamed of themselves. I fought for a couple of years but my children were adopted out without my knowledge or concent!!! 😢 its good to know that your fight was triumphant and you got your children back . I wish you all the best.x

What an awful time your still having... i feel for you and i totally understand your anger as ive also lost my children through very similar situation many years ago.. im British but my 5 children were taken from me via social services by unfair means which sound so similar to yours. My children are bk in my life now as this was many years ago and i now have grandchildren too but i didnt see or have any contact with them for 16 years!... i sincerely hope you can find a way to get your children back home as soon as possible, your are right with not giving up, you must stay strong and keep trying to fight this awful system! The state is already the guardian of you and your children. Through the birth certificate. Thats how the council can just walk in and take the children. You have to return the BC to free yourself of this and stop using the legal name in its present form. We have accepted the benefit by signing up to the BC giving power of attorney to them. The council. You have de register the children and you from everything. You can still use the system but from outside of it. The mum is unknowingly granting the council guardianship over their own child by registering the child for a birth certificate. You ae not from conception you ae from fertilisation...

@@derakanga I really hope so. Stop believing in authority is key and that you must act as a trust. You only need to express the trust for the name you have. The BC does not belong to you. When you claim it and the name you commit fraud thats how they get you. Express the trust on the childs name and yours exp: all lowercase. joe un is a trust. the dob and anything else is the same. its a trust. They cant touch you. You made a mistake when registering the baby. This corrects the mistake.

Local authorities in the UK are assigned with the so-called "DUTY OF CARE", but they use that against people, not for the people.
