Best for helping yes. Best for hurting = imp stool + scathecraw + mora tapinella you get Damage Health, LIngering Damage Health, and Ravage Health in one potion Unless you need to incorporate Paralysis in place of one of the damage effects, it doesn't get better than that.

I tried Aela but it seems like she entirely changes after you marry her, it's a weird disconnect and I don't like it. Mjoll feels like the most natural transition, like she doesn't change at all. Just a few words to regard you as a loved one.

@dietjoov I had an idea for a run for you Skyrim chest only loot. No merchants can only interact with NPCs for training. ( Have to be paid for by chest money only) Followers allowed but they have to be equipped with Chest only loot. Mods that improve chest loot is allowed makes its more fun. Heya joov, ive been watching a long time and came up with a challenge that might be interesting... You have 15 minutes to prepare for the campaign * or DLC lines. Prepare potions, armor and weaponry... As soon as the time runs out, you must start the line and see how far you can get with the supplies you have. of course on the hardest mode :P

Joov a suggestion i keep giving, around 1:41:40 that skeleton is hitting you even though the weapon cant reach, to avoid this i suggest u download "Precision Creatures" so that creatures that use the drauger skeleton have more accurate hit ranges, as well as other creatures like werewolves, it really makes the flow of the gameplay better especially when u get used to the precision mod

I would have fewer issues with Christians if they would stop trying to enforce their rules on others while completely missing any irony present.
