man your pops are very good. they are creating movements to make you pass good laws. I only get movements to enact Autocracy 😢.

you can exile/invite leaders of party who are in favors of the laws you want. This way, it would be easier to pass laws and get revolutions and movements that will get you the laws you want to pass
