Coldest tempratures are found in Russia regions like Yakutsk,Ojmjakon,Tongulah,Buyaga,Toko... -30 is treated as soothing weather by their residents.. with avg winter temp reaching -45 to -50 Currently Yakutsk experiencing -62 Degree C temprature But Coldest Capital in terms of Avg Yearly Temprature is for sure Ulaan-Baatar (Mongolia)

Bhai really hats off to you to make such video with full efforts, Mongolia 🇲🇳 is the least visited country and few Indians visit it seems and Mongolia 🇲🇳 is a sparsely populated country overall but capital Ullan Baatar is the people who live and rest of Mongolia 🇲🇳 is overall sparse and Mongolia 🇲🇳 is big country but not as big as china or India but Mongolia 🇲🇳 fairly big when compared to other small countries, but video was good in terms of non adaptable condition you made a video that’s great.
