Surviving the Spartan Super 10K w/ 25 obstacles HAWAII TRIFECTA WEEKEND

In Hawaii, the Spartan Trifecta weekend usually happens in the third ish weekend in August (this year August 21-22). Back in 2019 I did the Sprint which was the 5K that had 20 obstacles so this year I decided to challenge myself and go up to the next race level and do the Super.

Haha thanks! 😅 I trained hard for that one. Also if you want a mud race that is kinda like Spartan there is the Makahiki Challenge that happens in December that’s fun also if you don’t mind mud 👍🏻😁

They do have some groupons I saw for the trifecta weekend or if you want to do a race my friend told me if you volunteer with them they will give you a free race. So someone my friends volunteered the first day and then did the sprint the second day for free. 👍🏻
