Great progress in your challenge :) By coincidence, I visited Turkey this june - for summer holiday - and it really is interesting country. And people are very friendly. And the best is the food... turkish food is just great. Good luck for your next adventures!

Thanks! I can only recommend visiting Turkey, but you really need more than 2 weeks to get the full experience. There's just too much to discover. If possible, go on a motorcycle tour, that would give you the best experience imho.
