What would we do without chainsaw mills?! I had a half of a good-sized white pine log laying next to my tent for the last year that needed a good use. Do people make tables from pine? I guess I do, especially if they have so many knots and nice character. So I dragged the log from the trees with the atv and planked it up with the chainsaw mill to see what I could create. Let's hope she likes it!
Because I’ve gotten so many questions about the gear that I use on the channel, here are some of the most important pieces I use every day:
(I do receive a small commission from sales associated with the following links. Any income from these sales goes directly to supporting me in making new videos for this channel!)
My Favorite Piece of Gear- Chainsaw Helmet amzn.to/3uuW5xB
Granberg Chainsaw Mill amzn.to/3cdRXvn
How I Keep the Mosquitoes Away! amzn.to/3frenvh
Big, Black Log-Peeling Knife - Becker BK9 amzn.to/3oZIeOH
The Trailer I Use Behind My 4 Wheeler- Yutrax amzn.to/3fvO8DK
Bug Net Rooms I Use amzn.to/3uwOK0l
Portable Heaters in My Tent and the Deer Castle amzn.to/3frQ7Jh
Thank you all so much for supporting this crazy endeavor! Without you folks donating to Surviving Ringworm, I wouldn't be able to even consider staying out here in the wilderness a second year making videos. You seriously blow my mind!

Dude- You have inspired me to get a chainsaw mill. It has been lots of fun. The beginning of your video shows you hangin out by the fire. That is one of my most favorite things to do, at my place. Have a big rip roarin fire, and listen to music, or the football game.

Thanks for the video. After watching your videos I find it interesting how you prioritize things. When I had my vacant land my #1 priority was to build a cabin/cottage. Power. Water. Sewer. Then maybe a picnic table ROFL. Thanks for sharing - I enjoyed your builds....

Al Dente is Italian for 'to the teeth' and it refers to pasta that is cooked just long enough that it is neither crunchy nor too soft, and its texture appeals to the teeth.

You could seal the ends of the slabs with house paint to keep it from checking and cover it in boric acid dissolved in water to kill any bugs in a way that’s non toxic to people.

The only thing I've found wrong with the newer Ryobi saws is if you drop them it twists the cheap tinny base plate and they don't cut straight. Other than that the Ryobi range is great 😊

Did those Burgers cook in the middle or where they raw inside. I would cook the burgers separate then add the cheese. Don't want to get sick on raw meat. 😂 That roof that hangs would scare me. I would be afraid it would come down.
