What is cleanse totem??? ❤

There's 5 totems on the map, you destroy them by cleansing them which gives you 1000 blood points, you can use perks to gain benefits from cleansing totems, also killers may use "Hex" perks to curse totems and you disable them by cleansing or blessing them.
