The little mistake makes her human. hebrews13v5 said it best. Expression and emotion puts her over the top. When I hear her she connects with me and many many others. People need to connect with people like Susan. She represents us.

The funny thing is she really shows how low the standard is on these talent shows. It's not that she was bad during her audition, it's just that it was no't really done well enough for you all to be so flabbergasted. If you like her singing these songs listen to some actual cast recordings from the show, and you'll see what I mean.
