I have probably over 300 and music videos of The Bangles and Susanna Hoffs, this is definitely one of my absolute favorites of Susanna, I love Cinema verite and in this case everything about the video, the venue the Acoustics the lighting, the lighting was perfect for Susanna, absolutely accenting her captivating enchanting eyes, the handheld being there visual effect along with a relatively quality sound and of course Susanna just radiant clearly totally enjoying yourself having fun and absolutely relaxed making everything seem special yet normal and of course for absolutely unique voice. I've said it before I said it about all the Bangles ladies, Susanna is certainly an exceptional woman, and this is an exceptional video

Cerilo Bugagao Same make, different model, tho the Beatles had many Rick models. The Beatles were given a couple 12-strings on their first US tour, and acquired others later. Beatles were of course one of the Bangles’ model ... In the early 80s many were characterizing them as the female coming of the Beatles. The guy filming this obviously feels the same way about Susanna Hoffs as I do, if I was on that camera I would be doing exactly what he’s doing focusing on her alone and let’s face it there are some lovely close-up shots of her face with that lovely smile. I think I might of had to film David from time to time because he made a massive contribution to this set. but I certainly understand where this guy is coming from filming Susanna the way he has. She is gorgeous!

IMHO, the Bangles should not have broken up in 1989, but instead each member do their solo projects but maintaining the band together. Vicki doing her thing in New Orleans, Debbi with Kindred Spirit, Michael with her stuff in San Francisco, and Susanna doing this type of accoustic folk music. I think her album "When You're a Boy" wasn't such a hit because the music and arrangements were too similar to the Bangles and therefore, even though she sang great, it always sounded as if "something was missing". On the other hand, her accoustic presentations sound very different, giving her a distinctive sound, more sweeter and natural. Her cover of "All I Want" is a clear example.
