Her talent is her voice...full of pathos and vulnerability and sooooo much sweet tone in it...too many comments on her ‘looks’, and yeah she is fine lookin’, but if she didn’t sing and write and perform as she does she would have never become famous. Why? These days performers don’t even need to have a quality of voice, they have voice-correctors for that - way back then, The Bangles were an all-out pop/rock outfit and sooooo good! All the gals were legends! Yeah, she is amazingly talented for sure.

Suzanna Hoffs está com a mesma voz , de quando ela tinha 30 anos de idade , é inacreditável , é difícil manter o mesmo timbre e potência vocal com o passar dos anos . E fico mais surpreso em saber que ela tem 64 anos , eu diria que ela tem no máximo 52 anos , e isso porque ela nunca fez procedimentos estéticos , é naturalmente linda e jovem , sem exageros .

Re: Live Talks May 8th, 2023, she doesn’t temember but ee met backstage LA Colesium in 1987 as I was working as U2s special spotlighting effects engineer. We’re currently trying to get to know each other via Instagram. Just recently told her I think she’s as beautiful today as ever. Maybe some time we can play a few tunes together next time i pass through LA. Haven’t asked her that big question yet but plan to. Great job Susanna! ❤

Many people don't know that Fred Armisan is an accomplished drummer. And Susanna, as a solo artist, just glows with an acoustic accompaniment. Her sweet soprano just tastes better in an unplugged environment, if that makes any sense. Although she has admitted to having an aversion to bar chords.

It's that little girl voice that made the Bangles music so cute. I understand it was the 80's and it is important to assert that GIRLS had/have a legitimate voice. Listening to a recently acquired Bangles CD, it was the lack of voice power that made the non-hit cute songs meh. Susanna needed voice lessons and learn how to open her throat and roar. -- Compare and contrast to Pat Benatar roaring "Hell is for Children." -- Note her little girl voice now singing songs here that legitimize a woman's power. There is irony here that needs be mined.

I'm 61 years old, I've been a fan of Susanna's and the Bangles since 84 when I first heard Dover Beach. Have seen the Bangles 7Xs in concert. My heart skips a beat every time I hear Susanna sing. She was talking and then BAM! She went right into her singing voice, my heart just stopped and I got all choked up!. Susanna's voice is just pure love !
