The video of each performance clearly shows Lobaznyuk not only lands very deep, but almost off the beam where she had to take an extra step with her left leg. Carly's is absolute perfection. Carly's was better in my opinion and much, much more confident and going into the skill with absolutely no hesitation. Lobaznyuk takes way too long to set herself up for that skill and the obvious delay honestly should have had a big deduction. Just like making timely connections, she needed to go into that skill so much sooner and Carly did just that. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pnjYZXhoe7yifM0

Even commentators who are well familiar with sports and the athletes as well call them as a Kazakh boxer, American swimmer, Japanese judoka, Russian figure skater, Mongolian wrestler etc. If I wrote, "The chinese was overscored, it would be disrespectful and shameful from my side since I wrote the word "Chinese" with a small letter and I did not use the word "gymnast".
