I like all your episodes. You always focus on bringing informative content rather than some nonsensical celebrity chit-chats. All the guests in this channel are so learned in their respective fields; I like how i learn something new literally everytime i tune into your episode.

Finally a Psychiatrist who does not blame social media for mental illness and everything ! Found his perspective well thought and balanced, specially on meditation and dhami jhakri.

I really want to add something as well on "Why we or people are afraid of Psychiatrist?" because of movies & television how they potrait doctors & mental health service provider who work with mentally challenged people. Most of movies potray them like it's really a big deal to handle mentally unstable one and make it worse case scenario. And hence as audience or first timer to see psychiatrist, we are already prepared to be afraid of them like unconsious fear. But overall very well spoken Dr. Rishab Koirala as Psychiatrist. Already gave me safe vibe to get proper consulation. 🤝🏼

I'm glad how the mental health is talk on social media. People consider mental health shameful which is abided by Patan hospital or Rachi. Consideration of positivity that at any stage of a person's life can go through tough times, now embark an option of a psychiatrist to talk about. Thanks to Dr Rishav for the enlightenment about an important topic.

Loved and enjoyed the conversation. Nepali society should be more and more aware about the mental health related issues. Many people are suffering and they are unaware they have mental health problem. Keep the good work Sir.

This is one of the most insightful, mindful and open minded mental health talk from any of the professionals I have come across. Also, the way you started with the brief introduction of mental health, context of Nepal and slowly moved on to mental disorders was impressive because before mental illness, there comes your mental health. Thankyou for this!!!
