Made it for New Year's. Only addition, sesame oil. In my Sriracha mayo & in the crab/salmon. Not a lot. I did add a bit of sugar to my sushi rice. Heated with vinegar to desolve before adding to rice. Oops, also toasted sesame to rice! I waited this long as well. It's so good 🍚🍱

My family loves sushi bake. I make it very similar, but add little unagi sauce on top too, and little sesame seeds for garnish. Delicious! Good the next day too, just put it in microwave for a min

Omg! I do a “tofu spicy crab” with tofu. I add Vegenaise, sriracha, touch of maple syrup, scallions, toasted sesame seeds, toasted sesame oil, and a little salt. It’s amazing! I make rolls with it too.

Not really. You don’t need to make enough for a 9x13 casserole. You could do it in a 9x4 bread pan with 1/2 lb of salmon. That is the only more pricey item.

Nope not close but a good effort. Made with a corn tortilla that’s steamed not a flour tortilla. Use seasoned beef, refried beans, white onions, shredded yellow cheese, and roll it. Put in a shallow dish and cover with red sauce that is not a strong enchilada sauce and cover with cheddar cheese. It’s not baked in the oven. Three olives but more is preferable.
