In California, most sushi restaurants still serve Japanese style nigiri sushi, in addition to the fancy rolls. I initially thought that salmon and cheese was salmon with cream cheese (Philly Roll.) Plus I love green tea/matcha, so that's nice they let you put as much as you'd want. (I'd probably go nuts on the tea powder like in Eric's green tea farm video...)

Your son should start youtube why because he always brings entertainment to your videos. He's really natural when it comes to the videos. Vlogs about surfing, college life, sushi (lol), and really anything I believe people would watch it.

I live in Southern California and every sushi place I go to has sushi just like you guys are eating. Kind of unfair to stereotype although I know there are tons of crappy fusion places that serve crap.

Kim H I don’t really see many sashimi places with a fair price, most of them are asking about $2 per piece, it’s rare to find a good one here in LA for the right price

They have 2 Kura Revolving Sushi locations here in Dallas. All regular plates are $2.50. The plates have special covers and they stay busy, so everything is fresh. My favorite is the scallop with mayonnaise, and any of the salmon dishes.
