Your attention to detail is fabulous and so educational but can I please ask you to consider one little thing..........the chopping board you used to cut the chicken, flipped over, would have done the job of covering the tray without having to use single use plastic wrap - and you have to wash the chopping board anyway. A plate or pot lid can cover a bowl, an upside down bowl can cover ingredients on a cutting board.........that's how we used to do this before plastic wrap was the 'only' solution. Cheers from Oz!!
