Thanks for sharing… fantastic insight to ingredients… very nice to cut from the restaurant to the ingredient producers more than once… with even more detail towards the end in todays “Special” Digest… more than a few dishes I’ve never seen before… the red rice Inemankai Nigori via Ine Mankai… wow… now there’s a drink I need to try… I think this is the first time I’ve seen someone clearly explain the seasonal price differences in the menu… totally understandable in this instance based on availability and other restrictions… Do you have Google maps link to the location… English language search doesn’t quite find location..?
