🌴 Chef Santosh, thank you for making this video, I didn’t know that there were other ways to cut sashimi, I thought you only just cut it cross grain as not to expose most of the tendon fibers in the fillet thus giving the texture a tuff bite when eaten, also I love your presentations ! 👍🏼
