🌴 chef santosh , I’ve searched thru your video’s and didn’t see anything on pressed sushi ( oshi zushi ) , I’ve been searching around at the local Asian grocery stores for a press but nobody seems to be carrying them , ( special order ? ) maybe . Also making sushi balls - ( Temari ), as the different shapes help break up the design of a plate when plating . 🤔
