Susie's Apple Crumble

A truly winter feel to this simple but yummy pudding and it is lovely with custard, ice cream or double cream . Would be great using rhubarb or blackberries and apples . I have to be honest I find them useful for using the glass dishes with but not so keen using them for other things as I find I don’t get the same nice finish on some items ! I bought them from Amazon and they are useful with the glass dishes but be careful as they get very hot , I know other people who really love them so it could be I have not done enough with them yet ! It has a roast function which is basically bake as you can adjust the temperature and on roast the fans work more like an oven fan. It is delicious, I am about to try other fruits like a winter pear recipe . Thanks for commenting xxx
