They were killed for documenting illegal fishing and when it got too much media attention, the people that did it threatened to kill a random blokes family unless he falsely admitted to it and showed the police to the bodies and spend the rest of his life in jail on their behalf. Indigenous people are kind, hard working, loving decent people, they knew something was off and tried to help, they cared.. They wanted to do good. It is awful that their community will most likely now face unfair scrutiny over the actions of one or 2 men.
