The suspect was in a relationship with the decedent, he was in the house with the guy and had earlier on that day smashed the windows on the guy's vehicle.. The homeowner told him to leave, he left but came back later and gained unauthorized entry back into the residence... The homeowner called the cops on the suspect, cops arrive on the scene and find the two of them sort of hunkered in some type of closet or back room; one of them(I believe the suspect) has a knife. The cop yells 'drop it' and immediately opens fire striking the suspect killing him. Bizarre thing in this story is that that same cop had responded to an earlier call to the residence a day before.. Almost like he had a stake in this relationship, possibly involved with either of them. Just all the way weird..

Cop gets there and makes his way upstairs, finds them in some sort of embrace/fight/clinging and one has a knife, He yells drop it and immediately fires his weapon striking the victim, killing him. Not sure why he fired so soon if the suspect wasn't charging at him.. Thats the skinny of the original story, if you see the body cam, he's at least about 7-8 yards away from them when he confronts then an yells out his command. Just a bizarre story, seems like the suspect was clinging on the victim, almost like how an emotional woman/lover grabs her man and won't let go.. That's what the body cam showed because they were entangled..
