He’s a convicted violent criminal now back behind bars after an ugly verbal attack on a judge in Wyandotte Thursday.
Defendant Tobias Catron has a history of assault, robbery, gun possession and fleeing from police.
Less than two weeks after leading police on a high-speed pursuit in a stolen car into downtown Detroit when he was fresh out of prison and on parole in late October, he’s still talking trash.
“I’m not going back,” he told officers two weeks ago.
On Thursday, he hurled obscenities at a judge and added he would be “out in a week.”
Judge Elizabeth DiSanto then raised bond to $500,000 cash with no 10%. It was based on his behavior in court Thursday.
Police say that the 26-year-old has previously bragged about shooting and stabbing people and remains defiant.

Face tattoos are always a clue to a persons background. Kinda easy for the cops to I.D. for one thing. Even if the Media refuses to give the persons color in a lot of situations. There are thousands just like this fool running around US. now. It lends a little window into how Big G. wants to rule the masses. What better way to instill fear and call for Marshall law than to let crooks run wild.

Real life story. Last January I was severely beaten on my front porch by a man in a blind drunken rage. He was charged with elderly abuse and I went to the preliminary hearing to testify. One week later the district attorney informed me they allowed him to plea down to the smallest misdemeanor, time served he's free. 2 days ago I heard he is back in jail because of a bar fight that he almost killed a man, who is in a coma. I am in San Diego California and I will bet you $100 the judge lets this guy out of jail. Ps. In 2021 he nearly beat his mother to death twice, yes twice. Plea down to minimum misdemeanor, free to go commit more violence.

People like this are institutionalized. He's getting pulled over after doing something dumb and he knows since he's on parole and has a lengthy criminal record he's going to go in for a long time so he just wants to go all in and make himself a legend in the prison. Saying that he cussed out a judge and ran from 100 cops is better than saying he got caught with stolen property when he's in jail so he's just going all in. He's an idiot but that's what he's thinking

26 years hasn't been enough time for this little boy to grow up. I'd give him some time to reflect on his actions, like 25 years in prison, no chance of parole, no bond. That would be justice.

A Judge does what the parent should have done to him 20 years ago tells me that parenting and family life in America is whatever you make it to be and this typically involves no contact, no structure and discipline at all for the majority of parents, rich and poor, in America.

A criminal like him with such a long criminal history, should never be allowed to post bond. If this individual kills someone, those judges who allowed him to go free, won't take responsibility for it! It's ridiculous!
