Alcohol has existed for thousands of years in a majority of cultures. There is still no evidence he was drunk, until we see the bloodwork results, or surveillance of him closing a massive tab right before the accident. 18 beers 12 hours before, plus the hours it took to drink them, wouldn’t cause this type of accident. This is what happens on lots of liquor right after leaving the bar, not beer 13 hours later.

There an Asian nail salon, about 7 mile from my house. I use to go to Panera Bread, which is a few businesses down, so I would see the 2 Asian women, walking into their salon around 7am. It appear like a meditative line of work. In the 70's, they have dishwashing detergent commercial, and Palmolive 'so gentle, you can soak your hand in it.' Hand floating, restful. So. This dude crash into the nail salon. Suspect so quick to offer the truth about drink 18 beer. What a cop should want to know, is the something he hiding behind the admission of guilt. Failure to have more room apart that lead to traffic jam difficult to move forward and backward to help merging lane traffic and exit traffic and construction and lane ending in peak and off peak hour. And Broken lanes. The purpose to make broken lanes for drivers to move so that they can change lane. For important reason not for by pass and get around must depend on broken lane in peak hours. The whole country get out the houses to go to work or to go to learn to do the job in right way. Change lane because you exit from interstate hwy to go to the cities along the interstate hwy. while merging you need to get out interstate cities to join interstate hwy. the post speed you drive 55 mph in every 60 seconds or 1 minute = 5500 ft. No room for traffic change lane and merging traffic that lead accidents or jam traffic. While your job drive with care. You must drive out side 755 feet for post speed limit or local speed or parking speed on interstate hwy for traffic flowing and help drivers. If you must drive 5 mph on interstate hwy to help group drivers change lane. You know you must drive outside 755 ft. To help group drivers merging as well. Move inside with those traffic change lane for exit or merging caused the jam difficult to move forward and change lane abd merging or lane ending must move to next lane accident because the difficult surrounding traffic. 5mph in every minute or 60 seconds equal to 500ft. 10 mph in every minute or 60 seconds equal to 1000 feet of driving. You do those speed must outside 755 ft. The 55 is the 55 mph post speed plus 700 ft for empty room for traffic upfront to move and exit and merging and lane ending to move in the empty room lane.
