So true!!! Where are the victim's rights in all matters we see take place it seems!?! It is asinine to give a for sure confirmed without a doubt criminal, more rights than the victims have once an incident has taken place!?! I understand that everyone has rights, even defendants... BUT, when we get into cases where the person is guilty of their crime beyond a shadow of a doubt, their rights should go out the window... they should have basic human care rights and nothing more!!! No special treatment, request, etc.!!! I get so sick of seeing victims be re-victimized in certain situations!?! Their lives should be the ones that matter in all of this. Ethan made his choices. He did what he did and there is no doubt about it. There is zero reason to waste time, resources and money on a person that has done what he has done. He should get his 3 meals a day and a basic bed... as long as he has that, then there shouldn't be anymore discussion about what he wants, because what he wants shouldn't matter!!! The victims and their parents want their kids/lives back... but there is no way to make that happen. And this dude gets to sit and play games and message other people whenever he wants!?! Why is that being paid for by tax dollars for horrid humans like him. Now when it comes to other criminals that haven't done such horrible things, my opinions do change, and I do feel that if they work to themselves and earn those privileges, so be it... because those people still have a chance to come back out and be decent members of society again. Some of them can be and are reformed, so we don't want to screw them up mentally and such... but hard-core killers, ped*s, and just the totally awful people that shouldn't see the day of light again... they shouldn't get anything special ever again!!! No need to waste any extra time, money or resources on the ones that did evil, horrible things that there is no coming back from. These are just my opinions of course, but it is how I feel!!!

His notoriety will make him a target of some “hero” juvenile. Other juveniles are also at risk, due to his thirst for harming and killing others. If “legal education” is required, then special arrangements can be made for a qualified program within the jail for juveniles. Sounds like there is one more housed there. Surely, there is a room within the facility for such education. There are qualified virtual education programs out there, as Covid as shown. He didn't care about educating himself when he was a student in the free world... and he obviously has zero desire to do it now!!! So what I am saying is... don't use that as a weak excuse for the basis of your request for his wants!!! And if I am being honest, who cares if he gets an education of achieves receiving a diploma!?! He doesn't deserve to get to that. He took that chance away from his fellow classmates. Even the ones that survived will never be the same again... they are all traumatized, as are their families, and then we have the families that lost their kids and would love to see them graduate and go on to further educate themselves, but they will never get that chance!!! Hopefully, Ethan will be in prison for life at the very least... so why does he need to further educate himself anyways!?! Can't use that diploma in prison. And I guarantee you that even if he was at a juvenile facility where he had access to any and everything he needed education wise, he would be a problem to deal with to educate!!! They wouldn't be able to get him to cooperate. He lost his rights the day that he chose to do what he did... and he actually has way too many rights at this point as it is!!! The victims lose their rights it seems, while killers like him get petted and coddled... and it really makes me mad because it further revictimizes the victims all over again!!! He should get his 3 meals a day and a bed to sleep on, and access to bathe (which he doesn't seem interested in either). He has no other needs!!! Give him his basic human rights that we are required to and let that be it. He honestly is being a jerk any dang ways by dragging any of this out the way he has. He doesn't deserve the right to a trial even really, because he is guilty beyond the shadow of a doubt!!! Why waste out time, resources and tax dollars on that and all these other luxuries he is receiving!?! THERE IS NO ONE, WHO WILL LOVE YOU, AS MUCH AS GOD :There is only one God, God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. One God, three parts. Humans have a soul, spirit and body. One person, three parts. The Bible says that we are all sinners. As it is written: There is none righteous no not one. Romans 3:10 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23 But we are all as an unclean thing and all our righteousness are as filthy rags. Isaiah 64:6 For the wages of sin is death. Romans 6:23(the word “death” in this verse means eternal separation, from God in hell). Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.Isaiah 1:18 Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and that He was buried and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures.1CORINTHIANS 15:3-8 In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:14 For by grace ye are saved, through faith; and not of yourselves it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. Galatians 2:21 If you would like to receive Jesus as your Savior. Realize that you are a hopeless sinner and trust in Jesus and only Jesus to save you. You can say a prayer expression your gratitude, sorrow for sins etc. but remember your prayer doesn’t save you. Your trust in Jesus and what He did for you on the cross, is what saves you. The moment you trust in Jesus and only Jesus, you are saved. After people get saved, they get baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. It isn’t a requirement for salvation, but it is something that God wants us to do after we are saved.
