I had to close my eyes when Auntie was pushed over the cliff. I just couldn’t watch because I am afraid of heights.

Air Date:11.10.1949 ( November 10, 1949) Plot:+ "Murder Of Aunt Delia". Sponsored by: Auto-Lite. A hitch-hiker has a perfect crime in mind. Can you guess where he goes wrong? The script was subsequently used on "Suspense" on February 17, 1957. George Sharples was hitching along Highway 70 across the Arizona desert to LA. It was August and the heat was almost unbearable. Cars were few and far between so George was relieved when a black sedan pulled up. The two men got to talking and realized that they had something in common - they looked identical. When George found that the man was going to visit his rich Aunt he had an idea ... a wicked idea that would not be good for anyone’s health, but his own. + It was August and it was hot when George Sharples was hitchhiking across the Arizona desert heading for LA. He had walked about 8 miles and he was tired when finally a black sedan pulls up. John Brailley wasn’t going to stop but what changed his mind was that it struck him that Sharples looked like him. He figured that if he had a face like him he must be an honest guy. How wrong could a guy be... www.oldtimeradiodownloads.com/thriller/suspense/murder-of-aunt-delia-1949-11-10
