Bro, I followed the procedure from 4:48, and it gave me a warning that I was about to change the permissions on the root directory. I clicked on yes, but I didn't get the 'Error applying security' warning. Instead, it showed me a dialog box saying 'Applying security,' which was open for about 30 seconds. Then it displayed 'Error applying security,' so I canceled it and restarted my laptop. The 'Account Unknown' was removed after I restarted my laptop. While it was applying changes, I observed it was affecting C:\Users\AppData.... Should I be worried? My laptop is working fine. The account unknown belongs to S-1-15-3-3. Please help.

Did you tried to lookup the SID in the registry first?

what if the s-id not found in registry, i was checked so many times its still not found, can i delete the user so?

and one more i was attacked by hacker and i already delete it, and in the another disk (D) the s-id is not came up and the problem is my disk (C) the storage capacity is gradually filling up, Friday it was 15 GB while I didn't install anything, but on Monday it suddenly became 200 MB

Please ensure that the SID you're searching for in the registry editor matches the one shown in the Security Tab.
