How do you tie in the foam for your sussy buzzers ?
Here are 2 ways to give a go when your next tying sussy buzzers! What do you prefer?
My preference is to create a little ball using half a foam cylinder but you may prefer to use the whole cylinder both ways work but tying in the foam is the key to getting the sussy buzzers to sit correctly and fish well.

The round version reminds me of the result my late father got by tying a small round polystyrene ball into a patch of discarded tights and tying the patch firmly down onto the hook shank. All hell broke out if my mother had not yet given up on the tights😂

That was the original way to tie a Sussy not seen it done like that for ages that takes me back to when I was a boy fishing at a wee local Stillwater next to me. Remember these being deadly on their day under the overhanging trees 🎣
