Sustainability, Natural Capital and Natural Income

Natural capital refers to the resources a nation has such as fisheries, fossil fuels, forests etc. Natural income is the annual yield of goods and services provided by the capital. For example, a forest provides a yield of wood and paper.
Sustainability refers to the extraction of a material at a rate at which the system can naturally replace it. For example, chopping down more wood than a forest produces each year through new growth would be unsustainable.

I haven’t made answer sheets, but lots of the info is in the Rutherford and Williams textbook if you have access to that.
