outside of reduce dose there's not much you can do bc gear induced acne is hard to stop. Just try and keep your skin as oil free as you can. Get a loofah and a good back cleaner and when you shower scrub the fuck out of your back.... that's how i was able to control it.

If your in your 20's, sure. Older than that and you're bound to negatively impact your health over time. Trt, clean diet & cardio will give you the same result. Just don't be lazy.

I think by the time it’s time to hang up gear I won’t care as much about my physique or be such a perfectionist and trt would be fine. Although EQ actually improved my cardio vascular performance but I’m not sure at what cost to any other part of my body.

Pharma QO are legit bro. Ive been running test E,tren ,ace EQ. And getting on the masteron ace next week unreal gains so far. No pussy doses at all ovee here. Gone through 2 each of test and tren and were not even started yet. Had zero pip,or any bad sides from the tren apart from the first 2 weeks on 150 mg per week but upped the dose and sweet spot atm is 350mg and loving their oils deffo need me a couple of Ts though bro.
