I'm glad you mentioned how the control box affects manuverability. When George Lucas designed these, he wasnt thinking about egonomics. He just wanted a cool looking scifi prop. So these sabers with control boxes can be really uncomfortable to hold. The RotS ones are better because they're thinner and more streamlined, but the original Graflex especially is a BEAST to wield

I definitely like the exposed crystal better. But I'm still more of a fan of the screen accurate versions. I always feel like I'm going to break the exposed ones when I play with them. I'm just a 48 year old large kid. May the force be with you my old Padawan.

Great video and beautiful sabers! Quality content here ODK! Tho just a little thing... Xenopixel does have the deep sleep function, pressing down the button for almost 10 seconds i think will put it into deep sleep and can be customized through the app to 6 seconds 😎

I'm no fan of the exposed crystal chambers on hilts. I'm also not a fan of special chassis with crystals or lighting effects on them, not going to be showing off such things and I'm not one to keep hilts if I'm not going to enjoy having them - like I did with most of my base-lit hilts, so long ago.
