Thank you Hale. I have been following your videos on KZbin and Spotify for the last two years. It has helped a lot to understand my emotions and release them. Someday, I hope to attend your retreat. Yes, we are already enough, already whole and already complete. Yet, the negative programming has been so deep rooted, the knowledge alone doesn't seem to be effective. Practice practice and practice until we are able to remove all the layers of fake reality we live in. Thank you again.

Well, yes and no. It certainly isn’t on board with awakening and healing, it’s job is to protect the self and keep our beliefs in place. Of course thinking unattached to traumatic programming is just sweet

Suzanne is a paragon of the limitless nothingness from which we all seem to "arise". I keep trying to pretend as if there's a "something" that is separate and "special" from the suzanne-ness but always there is nothing from the utmost heights of the mount of assembly to the bottom of the "lowest" of the apparent "helll" of Sophia's dream of "reality" we are all just living "life"
