That "frustration" is just ego lashing out. It's losing and being destroyed so out of desperation it goes all out to try to validate itself. Think of an animal that gets cornered...it will either die, or it lashes out with everything it has to try to survive.

Yup, it's a big pill to swallow to realize you aren't there. Never was a you. Everyone who goes through the process hits that. And you always go "Wait, that can't be right? No me? Surely there is a me, I'm right here!" But try as hard as you like you can't prove a negative.

Yes, the noticing is love moving through the system. That was very clear to me today as I noticed a deep unworthiness...bottom of the barrel stuff...the noticing was so loving. No attempt to fix, 'heal', or do anything with it. Very freeing.

Are you implying they don’t serve a purpose? The trouble is we are taught not to express and so we lose the resource that is the emotion. Ultimately it’s energy moving but it’s got stuck

@@goych No, I'm not implying. In the story of me, the emotions hormonally induced can be pointers as to where 'issues' are, that could be worked through to help the me function better.

@@bwiel yes I was just interested by what you meant by hormonally induced. Emotions are natural responses to life, but we learn to suppress them to keep people happy and ourselves safe, not realising that they are a resource, it’s all very innocent, just unbelievably disastrous!

Careful getting caught up language, or passing judgement on how anyone expresses ;) There are NO expressions or words that universally make anything clear, or muddy. If you get stuck, ever, on a particular word, it can shows you two things.. that I know of anyhow, lol. One, you are not hearing the music for the notes. Two, that word can show you something in you that is stuck in some way. Really I'm doing the same thing now that you did in writing your comment. But.. Well here we both were, responding from the person in well meaning ways. Maybe just making ourselves feel less small, less comparison, more effective and helpful. God knows.

@@gumfun2 I agree that natural could be less of a loaded word.. But then for many I'm sure it's as loaded as normal, or truth, or any word at all! Like.. I'm sure there are many who have been called not normal and unnatural who have an issue with both words. Lol, you clearly get this already.. I just felt like adding that above. But thanks for your comment, when I posted I hesitated in case I just hurt the persons feelings somehow, but I hoped that, like I said, the song would be heard and not the notes. That is would relax some tension, not add to it.
