When you say: ¨this is the end of common sense", well, it is if you just stay in the abstraction, in the nothingness just saying all its nothing, going around in circles. And i get it, time its just the delusion of continuity, any form we see it is \, and the mind saying "i am" as the mind is really us. Nonetheless, even understanding that, we live in the matter, we have bodies, we interact with others. The love is the highest, there is no duality in that, and it can not be described, but we as fragments, we are, we live in this world to experience the matter, just to say "we are nothing, there's no way to go, etc" is just not wanting to accept the human experience, hence, we can't grow, or build anything, the problem with the mind is not the illusion of fragmentation, its just the indentification with that mind. I'm saying this cause all this time i've been watching your videos, hoping to use something of what you are saying, in my life, but there is only abstraction and no construct, nothing that can help me to act in the matter, i know i must deconstruct to create again, and "radical non duality" is what you are saying: nothing.There is two serpents, one going up, to the formless, and one going down, to the earth, the world of shapes. (i speak spanish, i hope i could express myself right)

You go through the darkness to come to the light and once you’re fully absorbed into the light everything dissipates there’s no label at this stage it’s just empty fullness and from here life feels like a play you learn to flow through it instead of resisting since I person has died there’s really no where to go and nothing to do so I rest in that stillness.

Hi Suzanne. I had a glimpse of realisation few months ago. All „I” do all day every day is keeping my „seeing” in an observer mode. I’ve Lost 90% of my fears. Worries are non existent. I feel calm and at peace watching the body mind talking speaking on its own without a doer in it. I see experience as an matrix that i cant influence, very transparent and illusory. Still its weird to „me” that this is what the infinity wants to experience. I mean the culture of ego money and economic system destroying the planet. But at the same time - zero resistance to it. Im not the body not the mind not the feelings but still „my sim character” wonders ;) im not driven to change it fight it, no doer no attachment, same with war and other „terrible” stuff. The non judgement reality is very sweet

Love Non-duality. However many people have Experienced NDE's, a Near Death Experience. They are people who actually died and their Souls Left their Bodies and they went to An AfterLife/Heaven. They Say They See The Light and Merge with It and they reunite with Loved ones and when they come back to their bodies, their bodies miraculously recover and tumors dissolve etc..

That's still an identity believing that it has a life that moves between the two. It's a beautiful concept, nothing right or wrong with it. But no-one has a life, no-one is nothing, no-one is everything. There's just nothing-ness everything-ing.

Suzanne, when the "me" dissolves it sounds like fear can arise. The experience has been compared to falling from an airplane, and having nothing to catch hold of. But then the ground also dissolves, and so "you" (for lack of a better term) relax. Is this what "you" are experiencing?

It was disorienting at some apparent times... it did feel a bit like free-fall but that apparently passed. This seems to vary for every apparent individual, it doesn't have to feel that way.

Hello Suzanne. I started watching your videos lately and I came to your channel here to look at the titles of other videos you have made and I saw this video about the me sense that you call it."I" have been really noticing this sense of a psychological and imagined "me". I enjoyed listening to your thoughts, reflections and insights about the me sense, the spiritual path and so on. And yet there is no me to listen to, enjoy and resonate with what "you" have said and pointed to in your videos I have seen so far. Thanks for sharing and I will keep on watching and listening. :-)

How does the knowledge of what you present change how we live or experience life? Example, there are 2 children playing house. They each play role models of characters, like the parents or the baby. One of the children is with all detail to the point where the other child says, why are you having to find those shoes your father wares when this is not real, just pretend those are your father's shoes? My question is why even play house when it is all pretend?

The sense of 'me' feels separate and can't help but be on a journey... When the 'me' sense drops, it's seen that that was all a story. A beautiful and maybe horrific story. But it was nonetheless a journey for an illusory sense of me. It's not saying that a spiritual path and practices are good or bad. Do them if that's desired.

I don’t think that non-duality is negation of reality, it’s rather about the way we experience it. There’s nothing else but experience and knowing of experience. It happens regardless the me being there or not. Why putting that much heat on nothingness while we can’t even experience nothingness? You’re being too preoccupied with what’s behind the scene, rather than enjoying perfection of what is 😉

Apparently this character seemed to go through some sort of awakening prior to the 'me' sense dropping but it didn't cause already just this. Apparently, there was an obsession with this message for a few months and then the 'me' dropped but then it was seen by no-one that time and progression never existed. Nothing ever really happened. The illusory sense of 'me' was also already pure unconditioned freedom. No-one woke-up or reached liberation. No-one is there to be conscious of being awake or asleep. There's just nothing happening. Nothing everything-ing. You can call this mysterious unknown 'consciousness' but I find it really misleading for the 'me' sense because it will identify with that word or concept.

@@suzanne-chang For shorthand purpose, I will address this body as "I" instead of keep typing "this body". I experienced awakening for about 15 min long in 2018. In 2019, I experienced it again for an hour long while waiting to catch my next plane. This time the non-duality seems to be more profound. Buddha said a human person is comprised of 5 aggregates. The 4 mental aggregates are akin to cloud that obscures the sun (akin to Self). By penetrating into these aggregates on the plane for 3 hours, the cloud opened up for the sun to come through. What was your approach or path that exposed non-duality for you? Buddha taught that there are 4 stages of enlightenment. The "self" can be very subtle such that the "self" appears to be absent, but is still there in subtle or causal form. Different paths lead to different effect. In Vipassana meditation, there are 4 experiences of the fruit of enlightenment. After the third one, there is no anger or slightest annoyance anymore. Through the Advaita Vedanta path, you will not experience stages of enlightenment but you can observe if annoyance ever happens. It it does, then one still has to go deeper to fully liberate; otherwise it is just partial enlightenment meaning that very subtle conditions still exist. Is there awareness of slumber every night in you ("you"meaning your body)? Is there still awareness of vasanas sporadically? A monk who has gone through the 4 stages (a paradigm shift is experienced in each stage) of enlightenment now has different vision. He sees forms filled with dots like snowy picture in old analog tv with bad reception. He practiced meditation of 32 parts of body and decomposition of body.

This is just a message. A description. Food and shelter can still apparently appear, this is just suggesting that no-one would be doing that. Choices and decisions are being made and the 'me' sense just takes ownership of it all.
